Chicken Tip

Here's a tip I found for when you buy chicken that isn't frozen.

Take all the chicken out of the package. Separate and arrange on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer until the chicken is frozen in individual pieces. Then put the chicken back in freezer bags and stick back in the freezer.

I thought this was helpful because then you don't have to thaw all of the chicken in the package when you want to use some for dinner. You can just pull out however many pieces you want from your freezer ziploc bag and thaw those for dinner.
