Lower Fat Pizza Crust That Is Yummy

Years ago my friend Kathy figured out this yummy, healthier pizza crust.  Jamie and I made it again last night (hadn't made it for years, but made it a bunch when the kids were growing up).  It was delicioso!  By the way, last night we did everything in 2's rather than 3's and it turned out great making two larger cookie sheets full and there was a little extra.  Jamie and Matt use their extra to make cinnamon rolls so that's what we did and vwalla - delicious (rolled out, spread melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and lots of cinnamon...icing was a bit of butter, powdered sugar, squirt of vanilla, and milk...what's not to love, eh?)!

Pizza Crust (low fat)

3 T yeast
3 c. warm water
3 t. sugar
3 t. oil
3 t. salt
Add flour until not too sticky

preheat oven to 450 degrees.  mix yeast and water – when bubbles, add to the rest of the ingredients.  Let rise after kneading (about 45 minutes).  Spread into two pans or cookie sheets.  Bake a short while until non-sticky to the touch.  Add toppings (sauce, cheese, veggies, etc.).  Bake until crust is tan and cheese is melted.

Here's proof that we used to make it:
