Peanut Butter Chocolate Blossoms

Our Home Teachers brought these over in a jar before Christmas (well only the cake mix was in the jar) and we just made them and they were so good!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cake mix (Chocolate-Milk, German or Swiss)
1/3 cup of oil
2 eggs
24 bite sized Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray (ensure you get inside each cup and on top of the muffin pan)
3. Blend cake mix, oil, and eggs together, ensure well blended. It will be super sticky brownie batter consistency
4. Makek 24 dough balls and place them each in individual mini muffin cup.
5. Bake for 11-13 minutes
6. While baking, remove 24 Reeses Peanut Butter Cups from their individual wrappings and set aside.
7. Remove brownie bites from oven and immediately press Reeses Peanut Butter Cups into the center of each cookie.
8. Let cookies cool completely in muffin pans then remove (if you try to remove too soon, Blossoms tops will come off/tear apart).

I have a similiar recipe, but it is more like the peanut blossoms dough you make then push the p-nut butter cup in, they are very yummy. This one sounds easier, so I might just have to try it! Thanks for sharing!
