1 cup diced vegetables*
1/2 cup cookied diced meat*
2 cups grated cheese*
1/2 teaspoon spice*
6 large eggs
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk

In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and soup. Pour into piecrusts, stirring slightly to make sure egg mixture is evenly distrubted and there are no air pockets. *Make choices of any combination that blend well together according to your tastes using these suggested ingredients:
Vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, green onion, bell pepper, asparagus, and spinach
Meats: chicken, crab, smoked salmon, ham, sausage, and bacon
Cheese: Swiss, Havarti, provolone, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan
Spices: nutmeg, chili powder, basil, and garlic powder
Soups: cream of mushroom, celery, asparagus, onion southwest pepper jack, shrimp, cheddar
(I used broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, mexican-mix cheese and bacon. It was SO good! I wish I had thought to put in onions, etc., though)
